    Micki Allen is the President of Marac Enterprises a highly successful Trade Show Logistics and Event Planning company in the Geophysical & Mining Industry since 1995.   She is the Executive Director and a member of KEGS.  She was the Convention Manager for DMEC’s successful Exploration ’07 and Exploration ’17 conferences, and she is a director of DMEC.  Her other memberships and duties include EAGE (NSG Committee), SEG (SEG Council), EAGE (International Board Liaison) and PDAC (Exhibitor Advisory Committee)

  • Charles Beaudry

    VP Exploration and Director - QC Copper and Gold Inc.

    Charles Beaudry is a seasoned mining executive with over 40 years’ experience in project generation, business development, exploration geochemistry and international project management.  He has been involved in a number of deposit discoveries during his career and has worked and lived internationally. Charles is currently the VP Exploration for QC Copper and Gold Inc. Charles is a fully trained Six-Sigma black belt and uses QAQC using Quality principles.

    P.Geo. - Co-Founder and Principal Geophysicist, Ronacher McKenzie Geoscience Inc.

    Jenna McKenzie is Principal Geophysicist of Ronacher McKenzie Geoscience Inc. . She has extensive field experience with ground and airborne geophysical methods in early exploration and advanced mining scenarios. She has worked on multiple commodities and deposit types including gold, porphyry-copper, VMS, Sedex, potash and lithium.  Jenna is a director of https://www.wgcanada.org/Women Geoscientists Canada and the KEGS Foundation.

  • Chris Nind

    VP Business Development, Abitibi Geophysics

    Chris Nind is a professional geophysicist based in Oakville, Ontario.  He is currently the VP Business Development for Abitibi Geophysics.  Prior to joining Abitibi Geophysics, he was the General Chair of DMEC’s Exploration ’17 conference that was held in Toronto in October 2017.  Since graduating in 1977 from Queen’s University with a BSc in mathematics, he has worked as a geophysicist with Geoterrex, Dighem and Fugro Airborne Surveys in various management positions.  From 2004 to 2013, he was the President & CEO of Scintrex Ltd.  He has authored and co-authored numerous technical papers on exploration geophysics and presented papers at many international conferences.  He is a past-President of KEGS and he currently serves as director and treasurer on the boards of the KEGS Foundation and DMEC.

  • Stephen Reford

    BASc, P.Eng. - President, PGW

    Stephen Reford was a co-founder of the KEGS Foundation in 1999. He has served as a director of the Foundation for more than a decade, was named Acting Chair in 2019 and Chair in 2020. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1981 from the Geophysics Option of Engineering Science. He has since been employed as a consulting geophysicist at Paterson, Grant & Watson Limited, becoming Vice-President in 1994 and President in 2016. His main focus has been the QC, processing, modelling and interpretation of airborne and ground geophysical data for mineral, petroleum and groundwater exploration. He has served on the board of directors for Generation Mining Ltd. and predecessor companies since 2008.
